A style of training that are incorporated in our sessions is a fitness principal known
as HIIT Training or High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT training consists of a short
maximal effort followed by a short rest period to get your heart rate up and the blood
We also love strength training and the amazing results you will see! Strength training
will not only help increase your strength but also build muscle mass resulting in your
body looking toned and fit!
The group environment of our bootcamp is extremely friendly and welcoming. Each
workout can be tailored or modified to suit your individual needs, whilst still being a
part of a motivating group environment
